 She has appeared on the show “Kuch  kitchen Se” on Sahara Samay Rashtriya TV (80  episodes), Open line Cookery Question Hour on Sahara  NCR TV, “Fit Rahe India”  on NDTV (10 episodes), “Healthy breakfast Power Diet” on Z business, India TV& many more. She has also written  an article on “The culinary Tour of India which is a part of her  website and this has been conceptualized to give the international tourists  visiting India an insight to Indian culture, traditions, culinary experience  and Indian home cooked food. She is conducting personalized culinary classes for  foreign tourists visiting India, which is a memorable experience for them and  also promotes Indian Cuisine at global level. She is also acting as a  consultant for some food joints in planning the menu, training the staff and  other details. Her latest project is aTake-Away Mexican food Joint- TROPOZ at  Batra Glitz Mall where the whole concept of Menu planning and Training for the  staff has been done by her.

She has been also  invited as a celebrity judge for “Miss Poly” 2006 & also Miss Poly 2008 for  International Polytechnic for Woman. She has also been as a judge for Kitchen  Queen Contest & also as the cookery expert for Radio Meow FM many times.  She has also been invited to Judge the LG Cookery Queen Contest at Lee Meridian  Hotel.
 She dreams of establishing a  Culinary Academy some day where people will discover the same delight, ease and  excitement that Komal brings to her chosen field.
 Her recent accolades are the BOOK LAUNCH & PRESS RELEASE of her book 365 Days of Diet with Dabur Honey by the  one & only Amitabh Bachchan at a glittering function in Mumbai at Taj Land  ends in July 2008; her 2nd Coffee Table Book with Dabur Honey- Big  Bee’s Secret Honey recipes was Launched By none other than Mr. Amitabh Bachchan  in Mumbai at J.W Marriot in Oct 2009.The icing on cake is that her book” BIG BEE’S SECRET HONEY RECIPES “ has  been nominated in 3 categories --- “Best Cookbook Cover”, Best Desserts Book  & Best Corporate  Book from India for  the “GOURMAND WORLD COOKBOOK AWARDS to be held in Paris competing with 135  countries.
